Cancellation policy

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you cancel your participation until 30 days before the start of the event, 80% of the participation fees will be refunded. In all other cases, the participants' financial responsibilities remain fully effective.
• Upon registration, the participation fees are due. Payment instructions will be provided after registration and in the invoice.
