Potential accommodation options for AGILE participants

There are many accommodation options available ranging in price levels & location. Majority of hotels are within a 15-minute walk from the city centre and the conference venue.

Participants are expected to book their accommodation individually by contacting the providers directly, using a reference code for a special price.

Here is a selection of hotels where we have made prebookings for AGILE 2026. Please use the following information to book a room for yourself. 

1. Art Hotel Pallas

Booking should be done via their website (https://pallas.tartuhotels.ee/en/). Use the code AGILE2026 to get -10% from the daily price (applicable during 15 – 20 June). Book before 7 June 2026. Free parking.

2. Hotel Dorpat

Using the code AGILE2026 gives -15% discount when booking through their website. Code is applicable for the period 15 - 21 June 2026.

3. Antonius Hotel

4. Hotel Tartu

Hotel offers a discount for the prebooked rooms for the period 15 - 20 June 2026 when using the keyword AGILE. 
Price per 1 person - 81 €/night
Price per 2 persons - 97 €/night

5. Lydia Hotel

Using the code AGILE2026 gives -15% discount when booking through their website. Code is applicable for the period 15 - 21 June 2026.

  • Standard double room for 2 €75/night
